Mechanical Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical General Supervisor to oversee our diverse mechanical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the mechanical engineering team.
- Ensure all mechanical projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise during projects.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the mechanical engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
