Key Responsibilities:- Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour
- Assisting students with special educational needs, particularly those with SEMH challenges
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who require extra help
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting students in their social and emotional development
- Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
- Understanding of SEMH and experience working with students with similar needs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Working hours may vary, but generally follow the school timetable
- May require occasional participation in school events or meetings outside of regular hours
- Work primarily takes place within the school setting
