We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our team in delivering high-quality cleaning services across local areas. The successful candidate will work 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 8:00am. Key responsibilities include:
  • Cleaning floors and rooms, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
  • Emptying bins, cleaning restrooms, and ensuring sanitization stations are stocked.
  • Building relationships with clients on site.

The ideal candidate will have previous cleaning or caretaking experience and possess the following skills:

  • Knowledge of basic site health and safety.
  • Excellent communication skills for building relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, as well as annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, and sickness scheme for all staff members.
