About the Role

Bridges Electrical Engineers is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Installation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for supervising the installation of electrical and mechanical systems on various construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the installation of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead a team of installation technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop and implement installation plans.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of installation activities, including documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Site Installation Supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including installation and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.
