About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team at Bridges Electrical Engineers. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient installation of electrical and mechanical systems on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage and motivate a team of installation technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with our manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of our manufactured package plant.
  • Develop and implement effective site management strategies to minimize environmental impact and ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Manage staff and subcontractors, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Supervisor, with a strong background in site management and installation coordination.
  • SSSTS / SMSTS certification and relevant vocational qualification.
  • CSCS & CCNSG certification, with experience in the water or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills, with the ability to give and take instruction.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel regularly.
