We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
  • To maintain accurate records of client interactions, including progress notes and incident reports.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1:1 support work experience in mental health.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
