Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medication Trained Support Worker to join our team in the Pontypool area. Your primary responsibility will be to support our clients with their personal care needs, including medication administration, mobility assistance, and physical activities. You will work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, ensuring that we provide tailored care that meets their expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 6 months of UK caregiving experience from within the past 3 years
- The right to work in the UK
- Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and professionalism
- Prior training in Medication Administration for this role
- A caring and compassionate nature to support clients with personal tasks, mobility, and physical activities
