Engineering Lead / Manager

Atrium Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead / Manager to join their team in Norfolk. The successful candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a proven track record of leading and motivating teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure the smooth operation of industrial mechanical plant and complex manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and implement British Standards for Engineering Plant, Equipment, and Practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the factory and operations function.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating teams.
  • Working knowledge of British Standards for Engineering Plant, Equipment, and Practices.
  • Industrial mechanical plant and complex manufacturing experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • NEBOSH certification (advantageous).
  • Full Right to Work in the UK.
