Our commitment to delivering outstanding care and support has led us to seek an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Tabley House Nursing Home in Cheshire. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Located in the picturesque countryside, Tabley House Nursing Home is part of Cygnet Health Care, a leading provider of mental health and learning disability services across the UK. We are committed to empowering individuals with the skills and confidence they need to live fulfilling lives.

As a Healthcare Assistant, your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Working 44 hours per week, including alternate weekends, to provide care and support to our residents
  • Providing physical and emotional support to our residents, including assistance with medical and welfare needs
  • Learning about individual needs and preferences to deliver tailored care and support
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for all residents

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including free meals, expert supervision and support, and opportunities for further learning and development. Successful candidates will also be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
