About the Position

Care UK is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, case managing residents, and liaising with families and healthcare professionals. You will also be administering and recording medication, carrying out risk assessments, and working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help people and put residents at the heart of everything they do. They will be well-organised, IT literate, and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately. A good understanding of care planning processes and experience in administering medication are also desirable.
