Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and efficient individual to provide a reliable intersite transport service, delivering and collecting items to and from The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust and its stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
Key duties include:
- Providing a delivery and collection service for post, medication, vaccines, samples, medical records, and instruments.
- Sorting and distributing post, ensuring secure delivery of items while in transit, including receiving signatures for receipt of controlled drugs and blood products.
- Maintaining the vehicle, including daily defect checks, tyre tread, fuel, oil, and ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations.

Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A pass in Maths and English.
- Previous experience as a courier or driver.
- Desirable: lifting and moving heavy objects.
