Job Summary
The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a motivated and efficient individual to provide an effective intersite transport service. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and collecting items to and from the Trust and its stakeholders.
Main Duties
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing a delivery and collection service for post, medication, vaccines, samples, medical records, and instruments.
- Sorting and distributing post, ensuring the secure delivery of items while in transit.
- Maintaining the vehicle, including daily defect checks, tyre tread, fuel, oil, and ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations.
