Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Burberry Limited. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment where you will be responsible for effectively managing the store back of house operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders from our hub or warehouse, ensuring accuracy of products received, and reporting any discrepancies. You will also support the sales team with retrieving stock in a timely manner, including Omnichannel and stock pullback.

You will maintain the back of house in a tidy manner, compliant with Retail Operations and Standards. Additionally, you will conduct quality control on all products at all times and report any issues to the store lead. Your duties will also include supporting aftersales processes, such as alterations, repairs, and personalization, to elevate the client experience.

You will ensure that all stockroom equipment is working and fully operational, raising any concerns through our maintenance services immediately. Furthermore, you will perform ad-hoc administration tasks, including answering telephone calls, responding to customer service inquiries, ordering stationery and supermarket supplies, and completing general administrative tasks.

This role requires strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software. Previous experience with SAP is desirable. You must be able to work well in a team and thrive in a busy retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimated Salary:
