Job Title: Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Meatex Trading Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, with experience in coordinating production schedules and managing stock levels. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for procuring raw materials, packaging materials, and other ingredients according to production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with suppliers to procure raw materials, packaging materials, and other ingredients.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement stock control measures to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Plan and execute stock replenishment activities, including ordering, receiving, and storing materials in the warehouse.
  • Analyse production data and identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to coordinate production activities and address any supply chain issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience in production planning, inventory management, or supply chain coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • A love of houmous and a commitment to delivering quality products to our customers.

Working Conditions:

Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, at Chaddock Ln, Worsley, Manchester, M28 1DR.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
