Job Description

**Job Title:** AOG Export Agent

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AOG Export Agent to join our Mobile Technical Staff team. As an AOG Export Agent, you will be responsible for managing the export shift, overseeing a small team, and ensuring the smooth execution of export shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the export shift, including the coordination of shipments, documentation, and communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Action export shipments via air/road, responding to customer requests via various channels.
  • Collate and prepare all export documentation, including Hawbs, Mawbs, customs formalities, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Cutting Airway Bills and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of export shipments, from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in export operations, preferably in a freight forwarding company.
  • Aerospace experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of handling AOG and time-sensitive shipments.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.

Qualifications and Education:

  • Educated to GCSE standard or A-level standard.
  • Multi-lingual skills are advantageous.
