Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Growth Officer to join our leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving both new business and same-store growth, overseeing the delivery of our marketing strategy, and contributing to our 5-year vision of achieving £8m in revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns and initiatives that meet our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with our CXO, CPO, and CEO to align our growth strategy with our overall business vision.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform our growth strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to our marketing teams, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to deliver exceptional results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client bases in a marketing agency setting.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, with a passion for nurturing talent and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ability to inspire and influence at all levels, playing the role of an integrator to drive results.
  • Deep understanding of the marketing landscape and emerging trends, with experience in leveraging analytics to drive growth and improve performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
