EA to MDs, Investment Banking

A dynamic role awaits an exceptional EA to support a high-performing team of Investment Banking Managing Directors in a leading financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to MDs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Manage complex diaries, coordinating schedules and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate client interactions, including lunches and events
  • Process expenses and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with a close-knit team of EAs to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Team EA/PA in a Banking firm
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and sense of humour
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks
