Join Our Team as an Executive Assistant to Commercial Banking Finance Director

We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to provide crucial day-to-day support for our Divisional Finance Director. As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Commercial Banking Finance division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Finance and Commercial Banking to compile ad hoc briefing packs and ensure timely delivery of committee papers and actions.
  • Lead activity on behalf of the Divisional Finance Director to ensure compliance with the SMCR regime.
  • Develop and lead on all aspects of the Divisional Finance Directors team communication and engagement schedule.
  • Manage the Divisional Finance Director's office and leadership team.
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant with demonstrable experience in a Financial Accounting/Reporting related role.
  • Strong influencing skills to deliver through others while building trusting and collaborative relationships.
