Job Title: Clinical Service Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Service Lead to join our team at Midhurst Children\u0027s Therapeutic Services. As a Clinical Service Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to our therapeutic teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to therapeutic teams
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A professional qualification in psychology or psychotherapy (HCPC registered psychologist or UKCP registered psychotherapist)
  • Experience working in a therapeutic residential care setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £55K - £60K, DOE, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days\u0027 annual leave and a pension scheme.

Working Pattern:

This is a full-time role, with a requirement to work from home 2 days per week and be on site across the South of England 3 days per week.
