About the Role

Hobbs Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Service Lead to join our team at Laverstock Care Centre. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical and strategic leadership, working closely with senior management to drive the success of our new service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the multidisciplinary team, providing clinical and strategic direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  2. Liaise with senior management to develop and implement service strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  3. Support the patient journey, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care pathways.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting the service and its values.
