About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a Teacher Leader to work in therapeutic settings, supporting children with SEMH challenges. You will be part of a unique group of Independent therapeutic Schools, renowned for their high-achieving and 'Outstanding' provision.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance student engagement and motivation
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Maintaining open communication with parents and carers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status in the UK
  • Experience in delivering the National Curriculum, preferably within a similar setting
  • Further training or qualifications related to SEMH/SEN would be highly desirable
