Materials Handler

We are seeking an experienced Materials Handler to join our team in Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of routine maintenance and safety checks, as well as the ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to Health and Safety requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify needed maintenance or repairs.
- Assist in the extraction, loading, and unloading of vehicles and materials, checking against paperwork and recording any differences.
- Assist in stock level control within the Supercentre.
- Assist in the assembly of equipment required for specialist applications.
- CPCS A59B (Wheeled 360 Excavator) or NPORS equivalent certification.
- At least one year's experience in 360 GRAB Operating.
- Good understanding of health and safety.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to challenging situations with a positive approach.
- Flexibility with working hours and willingness to be part of our 'on call' rota.
- Full UK driving license.
