We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to join our team at Totalis Solutions. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the direction of our projects to ensure they meet expectations and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and oversee the entire project to ensure it meets expectations and deadlines.
- Review progress against the contract program to identify any risks or slippage.
- Commercial review and assistance with QS team to help assess how spend is compared to the build budget.
- Maintain good daily records to assist QS with project valuations.
- Control access onto the project site and maintain visitors logbook, inductions, and safe site access at all times.
- Health & Safety oversight will be a daily duty and coordination with the company H&S officer regarding prequalifying of sub-contractors and their documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all resources are available to the project while ensuring a safe and timely execution of the works, by liaising with the project PM & QS.
- Oversee and maintain a high standard of workmanship, while implementing the company's quality control system at all times.
- Inspections of the works to ensure the highest of standards are met on a daily basis and compliant to relevant regulations.
- At least 5 years experience first hand at managing and supervising of various project types, up to a value of £2.5M.
- SMSTS Manager level
- Valid first aid certificate
