The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Calvin Klein. As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Manage the sales floor and ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times
  • Support the management team in achieving sales targets and improving store performance
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve store appearance
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
  • Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive results

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
