We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Air Conditioning Technician to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. This exciting opportunity involves carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a varied contract in central London.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. A competitive salary of £47,000 is on offer, along with a potential route into further career progression.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintenance of split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
  • A strong understanding of electrical knowledge and building services.

Package Information:

  • Basic Salary of £47,000
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am-17:00pm
  • Foot Mobile - Travel card from home address to zone 1
  • Van Mobile - Van and Fuel card - Will be put on callout rota
  • 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Tablet and Work Phone Provided
  • Full company uniform

Requirements:

  • AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
  • AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 3 (Desirable)
  • F-Gas qualification (Essential)
  • Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Client Facing
