**The role of the engineer will involve travelling, predominantly within North London, but also central London, attending sites to carry out PPMs and reactive work on a range of air con units. The role is a mobile role so a full UK driving license is required. We offer a variable hours contract between 8am and 5pm with the option of overtime.**

**Engineers have use of our company vans but these must be returned to our depot at the end of working day**

**Immediate start available.**

**Requirements**:

- manageable, and ready to commit to the company for the long term.**

**- Ability to work autonomously**

**- Must have a working knowledge of different systems and components, such as; Splits, VRV’s, VRF’s, Chillers, down flow units and heat pumps**

**- NVQ/C&G certification including; F - gas safe handling, commercial gas safe qualification, domestic safe, H&S training**

**- Minimum 5 years’ experience in industry**

**- Full and clean UK driving license**

**Responsibilities**:
**- Duties will include installing, maintaining/repairing and servicing a variety of HVAC, AHU and refrigeration plant and equipment.**

**- Attending call outs and new installations**

**- Carrying out testing, identifying faults and/or H&S contraventions**

**- Working with and advising on Building Management Systems**

**Preferable**

**- Have experience working in electrical or working in Air conditioning**

**- Is proficient at using designated online apps from their own phone to input project/work details**

All workers are provided with PPE to be worn on site at all times. Vehicles have been stocked with hand sanitiser. Employees responsibility to insist on client observation of social distancing whilst attending call outs
