About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Senior Care Assistant to join our team in Norwich. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Regional Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to residents across the area. You will work with a mixed shift pattern, including days, evenings, and weekends, and be required to travel between homes using your own vehicle.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents across the area
  • Contribute to the development of the care team and mentor more junior colleagues
  • Work with a mixed shift pattern, including days, evenings, and weekends

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving licence and ongoing access to a personal vehicle
  • At least 12 months' experience as a healthcare assistant in an elderly care setting
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
