About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Honesty Manager to join our team at Aston University London Hub. As a key member of our academic operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring academic integrity and maintaining high standards of student services and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage academic and student service provision to improve the student experience.
  • Support enrolment and induction processes for new and returning students, adhering to university partner processes and policies.
  • Be the lead senior staff member for complex student case escalations, working closely with Operations, Facilities, and other university teams.
  • Maintain accurate records on programme delivery and management at Aston University London Hub.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in academic administration or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in English and the native language of the centre location.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary in line with industry standards, estimated around £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
