Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Erewash Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality end of life care to patients in their own homes within the Erewash locality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care for end of life patients, including manual handling and equipment use.
  • Manage continence and pressure area care, as well as administer medication following a MAR sheet.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and patients, using a laptop to record patient information in Systmone.
Requirements
  • A Health and Social Care qualification is essential.
  • Able to work over a 7-day week, with access to a suitable vehicle and a valid UK driving license.
