About the Amari Project

Solace Women's Aid's Amari Project is a specialized service providing supported accommodation and holistic support to women who have been sexually exploited, trafficked, or have exited prostitution.

Job Summary

We are seeking two Part-Time Housing Support Case Workers to join our team and provide essential support to women living in our safe accommodation in Enfield borough.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide casework to women living in the supported accommodation, conducting risk and needs assessments and co-developing client-led support plans.
  2. Support service users to achieve their goals in education, training, and employment, as well as improving their health and wellbeing.
  3. Assist with house management, ensuring the property is maintained to a good standard and coordinating regular health and safety checks.
  4. Collate monitoring data for the line manager on a quarterly basis.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience of supporting women who have experienced trafficking and sexual exploitation.
  • Awareness of the impacts of trauma on survivors of trafficking and sexual exploitation.
  • Experience of managing risk and following case management procedures to meet the needs of the client group.
