Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Cost Management team in delivering high-value healthcare projects and nationally significant programmes.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of cost management professionals on major healthcare projects and programmes.
- Collaborate with clients and design teams to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Set the standard for quality and manage performance across project delivery.
- Coach and mentor team members to foster a learning environment and share best practices.
- Understand and interpret market trends to anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Utilize our bespoke digital tools and apps to optimize cost performance throughout projects.
- Analyze and test budgets using our Benchmarking app and national data.
- Inform clients of future cost trends through our Hive digital applications.
- Advise clients on procurement and contract strategies.
- Degree or HNC level qualification.
- Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
- Leadership experience in the property and real estate sector, ideally in Healthcare and/or Life Sciences.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle.
