Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the trade lifecycle process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of trades and related events.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and developments, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of regulations associated with Prime Brokerage financing platforms, products, and services.
  • Strong working knowledge of cross-product asset classes, including Equities, Exchange Traded Options, Equity Derivatives, and FX.
  • Detail-oriented SME with broad experience in supporting Prime Brokerage, Client Service, and Stock Borrow Lending businesses.
  • Understanding of Prime Brokerage legal frameworks and relevant product documentation.
