About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled High-End Commercial Property Maintenance Expert to join our client's team as a Commercial Electrical Engineer Specialist. The successful candidate will be working on a high-end commercial property in Liverpool Street, ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is carried out efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify, diagnose, and rectify faults, performing repairs, adjustments, and maintenance tasks as necessary.
  • M&E Planned and Reactive maintenance - EML and Fire Alarm tests, AHU, FCU, minor Plumbing and Fabric maintenance, lighting & lamping repairs etc.
  • Execute routine servicing, repair, and adjustment of machinery or equipment according to scheduled maintenance plans designated by the Engineering Supervisor/BSM's.
  • Employ a flexible approach to encompass additional skills or trades, prioritising cost-effective completion of all assigned tasks.
  • Ensure optimal plant and equipment efficiency by meticulously adhering to prescribed requirements and instructions for each task.
  • Fulfill any reasonable duties as assigned by the Building Services Manager or Engineering Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent + 17th Edition as a minimum).
  • At least 3 years experience prior in similar roles.
  • Client facing attitude.
  • Apprentice trained & 18th Edition is highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £45,000 - £48,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits including 25 days holiday entitlement, Bank holidays, Additional training, opportunities to progress internally, Company pension, Overtime readily available, and Chance to grow a rapidly growing Building Service Provider.
