Job Title: Hospital Support Professional

The role of the Hospital Support Professional will play a vital part in ensuring that all visitors to the site have a positive experience by providing timely and accurate information.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting patients, visitors, and consultants, directing them to the correct areas, handling telephone calls, and covering reception duties when necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with a previous background in a similar setting. Good IT skills are also essential.
