We are seeking an Education Advocate to join our team, someone who shares our passion for education and our commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of our students.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of up to five students, working closely with them to develop tailored learning plans that address their individual needs. You will also need to provide academic support and essential pastoral care to ensure that our students reach their full potential.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, financial security, and family-friendly policies.
