**Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in a special educational needs school in Devizes. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to provide individualized support to students aged 5-18 with complex needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing one-to-one and group support to students with SEND
  • Assisting with lesson planning and delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Developing positive relationships with students, parents, and staff

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working with children with SEND
  • Certificates in First Aid, Autism Awareness, and Safeguarding
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

**Salary:** £10-£14 per hour, depending on experience
