About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our care team as Support Workers. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication and manage medication stock
  • Assist with moving and handling using a hoist
  • Provide gastrostomy care and manage related equipment
  • Offer personal care and support with daily living activities
  • Assist with specialized techniques and procedures
  • Accompany clients in the community and provide support with daily tasks
  • Perform administrative duties and maintain accurate records
  • Contribute to general housekeeping and maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements
  • Previous care experience and a reliable team player
  • A full, UK driving license and willingness to drive as part of the role
  • An enhanced DBS disclosure (expense met by HomeCareDirect)
  • Commitment to long-term care for one client in a person-centered way
  • Willingness to undergo training to CQC standards to meet client needs
  • Respect for company policies and procedures
  • Reliability, non-judgmental attitude, caring nature, responsibility, and compassion
  • Commitment to confidentiality and treating clients with dignity and respect
