Job Title: Senior Public Engagement Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Public Engagement Analyst to join our team at the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). As a key member of our Science Policy and Research team, you will play a crucial role in managing NICE Listens, our programme of deliberative public engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize topics for deliberative public engagement, working closely with teams across NICE.
  • Design and develop NICE Listens projects, including briefs for Executive Team sign-off.
  • Analyse and interpret complex research evidence and data from various sources.
  • Disseminate findings from deliberative public engagement and support implementation across NICE.
  • Contribute to the wider work of the Science Policy and Research team, including methods research, funding applications, and science policy work.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or Doctorate in health or social science research and/or health policy work.
  • Experience of running procurement processes and managing contractors.
  • Awareness of NICE's stakeholder community and a good understanding of the range and roles of organizations representing patient and public interests.
