Job Title: Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our IT team at Barbour, a leading lifestyle brand. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing a well-architected, flexible, scalable, and secure applications landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and present solution options to business stakeholders, software vendors, systems integrators, and IT teams.
  • Review proposed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and conform to defined IT standards.
  • Provide leadership and expertise in supporting systems failures, major incidents, and complex support and integration issues.
  • Represent Barbour in external projects with customers and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional knowledge of ERP, MRP, B2B, and B2C systems and integration.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, including MS SQL Server Stack, Azure, and Azure DevOps.
  • Expert SQL Server developer skills, especially TSQL, SSIS, and deployment strategies.
  • Integration technologies, including APIs, XML, and payloads and protocols.
  • Data base architecture.
  • Experience with Agile project delivery methodology.
  • Expert business analysis skills to facilitate successful discovery workshops.
