Lead Project Coordinator – Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project execution outcomes, including program management, financial oversight, and adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Guide and mentor team members, engage with clients, and ensure alignment with contractual obligations and commercial insights.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and internal company protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, manage project teams, and monitor the financial health of projects.
  • Generate performance reports for projects, participate in financial assessments, and adhere to organizational procedures.
  • Conduct estimations, provide quotations, manage price adjustments, prepare necessary documentation, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Participate in meetings, ensuring all contract documentation requirements are fulfilled.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant industry qualifications, health and safety certifications, and experience with NEC contracts.
  • Background in water and sewage sectors, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong collaborative skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a capacity to prioritize tasks effectively for project success.
