Yooralla is seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team as a permanent, full-time or part-time Paediatric Speech Pathologist. This rewarding role will provide best practice, evidence-based speech pathology services to children with disabilities to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
Key Responsibilities- Provide speech pathology services to children with disabilities in a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team model.
- Develop and implement individualized speech pathology plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct assessments, interventions, and evaluations to identify and address speech and language disorders.
- Drive to homes and community settings within a 30-minute radius to provide services.
We are looking for an established and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist with a tertiary qualification, membership of Speech Pathology Australia, and good interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to engage with families using a family-centered, key worker approach. An Australian driver's license and own vehicle are also required.
