### Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team at Yooralla. As a Paediatric Speech Pathologist, you will work with children with disabilities to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
### Key Responsibilities
* Provide best practice, evidence-based speech pathology services to children with disabilities
* Work collaboratively with a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team model to achieve optimal outcomes
* Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each child
* Communicate effectively with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

### Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* Membership of Speech Pathology Australia
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Australian driver's licence and own vehicle
