About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Advisory Services Consultant to join our team at FTI Consulting. As a key member of our European Transactions team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality financial due diligence services to our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis and modeling of financial performance to identify key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Leading the delivery of standalone sections of financial due diligence, including quality of earnings, net working capital, and net debt.
  • Creating and manipulating diverse data sets to inform your analysis and recommendations.
  • Drafting report sections relevant to your areas of expertise.
  • Contributing to business development efforts, including pipeline management and pitch document preparation.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, with the ability to create and manipulate complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Desirable: prior experience in transaction services or restructuring, with a strong understanding of European markets and regulations.
