Senior Manager, Transaction Advisory Services

As a Senior Manager, Transaction Advisory Services at FTI Consulting, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides expert-driven consulting services to clients across the globe. Your primary responsibility will be to lead complex transactions, including due diligence, financial restructuring, and feasibility studies. You will work closely with clients to identify key deal financial and commercial issues, and develop strategies to address them. Your expertise will be sought after by senior stakeholders, including PE investors and lenders, to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading global business advisory firm and contribute to the success of our clients. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients, including analysis and modeling of financial performance, identification of key deal financial and commercial issues, and development of strategies to address them. You will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the growth and development of the team.
What You'll Do
- Lead complex transactions, including due diligence, financial restructuring, and feasibility studies.
- Work closely with clients to identify key deal financial and commercial issues.

- Contribute to the growth and development of the team.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Previous significant transaction services consulting experience working within one of the 'Big 4'.
- Relevant transaction services experience, consulting either with private equity or venture funds with deals in excess of $200m.
- Transaction experience to include due diligence, market entry, financial restructuring, feasibility studies, and business plan validation.
- Demonstrable experience in leading the delivery of large complex, multi-geography transactions, presentation of findings to senior stakeholders, and assisting with transaction negotiations with lawyers and investment bankers across EMEA and globally.
- Private equity experience (preferred).
- ACA, MBA, or MBA equivalent.
