Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead on the replacement of multiple business systems and applications as part of a vast business-wide transformation. This is a 5-year programme where you will run projects end-to-end and be influential in implementing project management methodologies across the technology change function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technology projects from inception to completion
- Develop and implement project strategies and bring structure to project delivery
- Guide project teams and stakeholders through the project lifecycle
- Ensure successful project outcomes through effective risk management and issue resolution
Requirements:
- End-to-end IT project management experience
- Proficiency in multiple project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APMP, Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across various levels
- Ability to work closely with the Director of Transformation to implement a clearly defined methodical approach to projects
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £50,000 to £55,000, plus excellent benefits and a hybrid working arrangement with 1 or 2 days a week at our office.
