Job Title: Central Sales Venue Executive

At Graysons Restaurants, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Central Sales Venue Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving venue sales and contributing to revenue growth across our portfolio of venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming venue sales enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities within assigned venues.
  • Prepare and present proposals, ensuring client needs are met with tailored venue solutions.
  • Conduct site visits, showcasing venues to potential clients and highlighting key features.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings, maximizing the use of venues for events such as weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.
  • Support the Group Business Development Manager with attending exhibitions and showcases.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the hospitality or events industry.
  • Familiarity with Central London venues and event management trends is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
