Nursing Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Care Professional to join our care home team in Norfolk. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being while promoting dignity and independence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nursing practices, including medication administration, and be able to work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver care in line with NMC guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments and maintaining individualized care plans
Reporting health concerns and liaising with healthcare professionals
Upholding regulations regarding safeguarding, health, and safety
