Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and margin expansion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers through regular communication and joint sales calls.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and suggesting products and services that meet those needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; prior sales experience preferred.
  • Two years of industry experience preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
Working Environment:

This is an outside sales position, requiring frequent travel to customer sites and warehouse facilities. The ideal candidate will be able to drive long distances, work in various weather conditions, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
