Site Manager Job Description

Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our new build residential and commercial projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
  • Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement site plans and schedules to meet project deadlines
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure budget compliance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in site management and leadership
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in IT-based planning and administration tools
