Site Manager Job Description

Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our new build residential and commercial projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the site team, including subcontractors, to ensure safe and effective working practices.
  • Deliver high-quality projects by promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and manage resources, balancing current and future tasks against project programmes.
  • Work closely with the wider team, including Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Purchasing functions, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using IT-based planning and administration tools.
